We aim to have a positive impact to the society and the environment in everything that we do.
As we progress through our ambitious plans for growth, we are taking all steps we can to be a carbon neutral company. We look at our team and value its happiness as a key performance indicator. We look at the communities we operate in and support their environmental and societal needs and growth. We look at the markets we serve and strive to do right by them in every way possible. And we look at the products that we deliver to our customers with the intent of making their lives better – wherever and whenever they make a transaction.
FIL established the Social Responsibility Council in 2022, a dedicated team within the Company who oversees the implementation of the CSR strategy and organises consistent and sustainable initiatives concerning corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, social development, education and equality programs.
